Background
The wild avocados of Sri Lanka are always different in quality. We choose the best trees.
There are round to oval and also bottle-shaped fruits that can be large or small – depending on the tree. The kernels are always quite large and indicate the originality. The flesh is usually whitish to light yellow and there are often brown fibers inside that can be eaten.
Some avocados turn reddish to black, others remain green from the outside.
